Hi, guys. It’s me, Rory. Some of you know that I was diagnosed with Celiac disease a few years back. I couldn’t figure out why I was so sick all the time until my friend and roommate Rich remembered seeing symptoms like mine before. I had to completely cut out gluten from my diet or suffer a debilitating reaction.

I was pretty useless in the kitchen at the time, so Rich ended up doing a lot of the cooking. Yeah, I know. Eventually I had to put on my big boy pants and learn a few things so I didn’t starve to death. My boyfriend Bennet t found this recipe for me, saying it was perfect for the dudebro I am at heart.
